What is your Return and Exchange Policy ?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal or lid has been opened.
If your order has not yet been delivered and you wish to cancel, please contact a representative immediately. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Do you offer local delivery in the Orlando Area?
Yes ! We provide local delivery throughout the Orlando Metropolitan area, covering East to West and everything between St. Cloud and Sanford. We charge a flat delivery fee of $20 for these locations.
If you are located outside of this range, please contact us, and a company representative will provide you with a custom delivery quote.
Do you have a physical storefront?
We don’t have a storefront just yet, but big things are coming in the next few months! Currently, we offer local delivery or a coordinated local pickup option. If you’d like to pick up your order in person, please reach out to a representative to schedule a meeting point. uses.
Can I place an order directly with a representative and pay in person ?
Yes, absolutely! If you prefer not to order through the website, you can contact us via call, text, WhatsApp, or any of our social media channels to place your order. We are happy to coordinate a local meeting and can accept your payment in person at the time of pickup or delivery.
Are these products actual Name-Brand Soaps ?
Yes, 100%! We provide only genuine, name-brand soaps. We specialize in offering these authentic products in larger quantities to better serve your home or business needs, ensuring you get the quality you trust at the scale you require.
Do you deliver outside of the Orlando Area?
Currently, we exclusively serve residential customers within the Orlando Metro area and its surrounding communities. However, we are growing quickly! We plan to expand our delivery capabilities outside of Florida in the near future, with a long-term goal of bringing Mister Jabón products to customers all across the USA.
